I lost 5 lbs total. I started off great, however got the flu and I was so sick and couldn’t get out of bed. I wasn’t able to workout last week. I’ve been doing good with the hungry girl diet.

I lost 6 lbs total. The diet is easier than I thought. Working out is harder for me, but I’m looking forward to Traci helping me push myself.

I lost 6 lbs total. I’m very surprised that Traci’s workouts are working so well. She said she was already working out, but the different style that Traci brings is refreshing and really working. I’m saving 200-300 calories a day just doing the Hungry Girl Ice Cream vs. regular Ice Cream alone! My husband said that my neck looks skinnier. I feel very motivated!

I lost 11 lbs. I’m motivated in the group and sticking to the workouts and the hungry girl food religiously. I can see the loss of weight in my face the most and clothes are fitting better.

I lost 8 lbs total. Feels very motivated and is work out 5-6 days a week. I’m actually doing very well with the food and feels very inspired for the upcoming weeks. I can tell the weight loss in my arms and her face. I’m very excited.

I lost 4 lbs total. Love the work outs, but is having a hard time with the food because she hates to cook, but overall feels very motivated and is on my way.

I followed Traci’s workouts for the week and stayed on the diet all week except for two days. I did my best to keep with the plan but did indulge in dessert. This week is starting much better.

I am officially down 5 lbs for the first week. I have had BIG challenges this week. I am VERY sick. So sick to the point where I have not had energy to do much. I am finally going to the doctor today to get meds so I can fully recover. My eating habits have not been awful, but they were not really on plan to a tee either. I m trying hard not to beat myself up about that, or make excuses. I received my Bowflex TreadClimber that I had purchased for myself, and will be using the heck out of that this next week in addition to Traci’s workouts. I will also be making sure that I stick to the plan this week!

This week I tried to stick with the Diet as much as I could. I make egg beaters from HG plan and had a pizza Bella for a snack, which is really good. I had my first work out with Traci last Sunday and could barely walk the next day so I would say it was a good one. I received the easy to read packets from HG today and will use them along with the book. So far I have lost 4lbs so I now weigh 231lbs. My hurdle for next week is my birthday. I plan on working out in the morning with Vallerie. Finally I’m going to make sure I’m watching what I put in my body and following the plans I have from both Traci and HG.

Quick update I am down 8lbs. Feeling great. Have been working out every single day. I know I’m suppose to rest but when I’m home resting, someone else out there is busting there butt so I have no off days. I’m really soar after workout #3 advanced in the book. I have been adding an extra 2 mile cardio in my routine and also after my workout in the book I work out the rest of my body on machines. I am so determined if you can’t tell but I won’t stop.

So I made sure to follow the diet and exercise plan very well. I did have some cookies, but I limited everything. I kept my portions as well. I have been completing all of the work out plans. Today will be #4. At first I really did not like the work outs because they were so hard to do, but now I’m getting used to the work out and it really isn’t too bad. I feel myself getting stronger. My weight went down .5 this week. Hopefully now that the holidays are pretty much over I’ll get back on track and lose a lot more weight. I am hopeful. My goal is to be down 20 lbs by the end of the 10 weeks. I am going to try extremely hard to get there!

It has been a hectic week for me so it made staying on the plan easy. I worked out the last two mornings for an hour and hope to try one of the workouts Traci gave us in the morning. Because of work, show, and Christmas packages to get to my Granddaughter in NY I really didn’t get to try any of the recipes. But i was able to follow the plan with grilled chicken and lots of veggies for dinner and lunch. And my favorite breakfast eggs and fruit. My fiancee did some grocery shopping today and got everything on my list to at least try one or two recipes this weekend.

Seems my starting weight was a little higher than I thought… but I kind of thought that to be the case. As of this morning, I am at 203.6. I decided I WILL weigh myself each day. I haven’t really had any major challenges this week except for me being REALLY sick now. I have been doing what I can in terms of exercising, but have been religiously been sticking to the diet plan. I also have a plan in place for the holidays. I am feeling GREAT and PUMPED for this journey :-)

Over the last 3 days I have just followed HG’s diet plan. I have been eating the 1300 calories a day. I did eat Subway with my sister yesterday but made sure to make good choices and stayed with the fresh fit menu. I went grocery shopping and spent about $150 to make sure I had everything I needed. So far so good!! I haven’t really started my work out program, just crunches first thing in the morning and right before bed. I having my first training session with Traci. I’m expecting to get my butt kicked but that’s what I want:)

I did cardio and worked out every part in my body imaginable. I surprisingly wasn’t too soar so I pulled through and stayed focus. Yesterday, I actually started my work out 1 from Traci. I actually did way more than I was supposed to however I worked out for 2 1/2 hours last night after work. My hard work is slowly paying off it hasn’t even been a week.

I did Traci’s work out and it kicked my butt! My legs are killing me! Today, I followed Traci’s second work out and fell a little short, but I am not giving up I’m going to make sure I get more cardio in tomorrow.

Eating has been going extremely well! I have been under calorie goal the last three days. I went shopping and spent about $70 on food! Totally worth it! I have been following the recipes in the book. Today my amazing fiance made me breakfast following the rules as well :)

This experience is truly amazing! I am excited to continue. I am looking forward to seeing what is to come.
