The Big Game is coming up! Check out these great recipes courtesy of John McLemore! What will be on your table on the day of the Big Game?

Fried Chicken Wings
1 gallon cooking oil
2 lbs. chicken wings
1 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Coat the wings in soy sauce, then cook up for 10-12 minutes in the fryer. Once they’re out, coat them in a mixture of pepper, cayenne pepper & garlic powder.
Low-Country Boil
½ cup Butterball® Cajun Seasoning (or your favorite seafood boil seasoning or bag)
2 lbs. of whole new potatoes
8 to 12 pieces of short-ear corn
2 lbs. pre-cooked smoked sausage (1/2 to 1-inch thick slices)
2 lbs. shrimp, preferably split and deveined
Bring a pot to boiling with 2 pounds of new potatoes with a Cajun seasoning, short-ear corn and pre-cooked smoked sausage. Then add deveined shrimp. Let the pot simmer for about 35 minutes. The key to the low country boil is how you serve it. Dump it out on newspaper and let your guests to come and get it!
Pulled Pork Slider Sandwiches
1 pork butt (4 to 5 lbs.)
5 tablespoons “DADGUM That’s Good!” seasoning, divided
1 tablespoon onion salt
5 cloves garlic
Slider buns
1 double recipe “DADGUM That’s Good!” BBQ Sauce, or your favorite brand
Starting with pork butt, add the “Dadgum seasoning.” Rub that along with onion salt on a 4-5 pound pork butt. Then insert garlic cloves into slits along the meat. After that, smoke the pork for about 5 hours. When it’s done shred the meat, place it on a slider bun and top it with some warm BBQ sauce!
DTG Road Tour Donuts
1 gallon cooking oil
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 cup granulated sugar
1 can refrigerated biscuits (homestyle, 10 to a can) – NOT flaky
Cut each biscuit in 4 and fry them up to make DTG Road Tour Donuts. Then shake each fried doughnut in a paper bag with cinnamon and sugar and they are ready to go.
“DADGUM That’s Good!” Seasoning
2 ½ tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 ½ teaspoons light brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
¾ teaspoon onion salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon celery salt
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon crushed sage
½ teaspoon cracked black peppercorns
¼ teaspoon ground marjoram
“DADGUM That’s Good!” BBQ Sauce
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 cup ketchup
1 cup honey
½ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup Starbucks double shot espresso or strong home-brewed coffee
